- أحمر الشفاه أو منتجات الشفاه المفتوحة
- منتجات العناية بالبشرة المفتوحة
- الإسفنج أو الفرش المستخدمة

بعد قبول الإرجاع:
- سيتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 7-14 يوم عمل
- الاسترداد يتم بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية
- رسوم التوصيل غير قابلة للاسترداد
- تكاليف إعادة الشحن يتحملها العميل
🔧 المنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة
إذا استلمت منتج معيب أو تالف:

- قدم صور واضحة للمنتج والعيب
- سنقوم باستبدال المنتج أو استرداد المبلغ كاملاً
